Is SELFIESKIN CO.  good for dry/sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are made with all skin types in mind. Our products also contain loads of nutrients like Vitamins C & E to not only cleanse, but also nourish the skin. We also go the extra step to fortify our products with additives like Castor Seed Oil and Rosemary Leaf Extract to enhance their ability to nourish the skin.

  

Can I make a return?

Due to the meticulous nature of the products and the manufacturing process, our products are non-refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail at hello@selfieskinco.shop within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.

 

Are SELFIESKIN CO. products vegan and/or gluten-free?

Most of our products are vegan and gluten-free, but please check our full ingredients on each product page to see if the product you are interested in qualifies.

 

Are SELFIESKIN CO. products tested on animals?

No, we are proud to be cruelty-free. 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on selfieskinco.shop process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at hello@selfieskinco.shop. We cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

I have not received my order. Where is my order?

Our orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days from the shipment date to receive your order. The tracking details can be accessed using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Contact us via email at hello@selfieskinco.shop for any additional concerns regarding an existing order.

 

How long will it take me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped out within 3-7 calendar days, (unless PRE-ORDER dates are specified). Shipping times range from 3-5 days, based on distance. You will receive an email or SMS update upon shipping and delivery of your item. We do not take responsibilities for any delays in the shipping process.
